What does Green Baby mean for you and your baby?

  1. All cleaners used in my home are green cleaners. No harmful chemicals are used.
  2. All toys used are bought from local childrens resale shops. Have no worries, they are all disinfected in my dishwasher before initial usage:)
  3. All foods the children ingest are Certifed Organic foods and formula.
  4. I offer a cloth diaper service for parents as an alternative to plastic diapers. All diapers are washed in Green Laundry detergent and dried outside, weather permitting.
  5. I also have a very large wood fenced in yard that is only treated with organic fertilizers.
I know that working parents are often hard-pressed to find a place where their child will be well cared for while they work. Finding the best environment for your child is very important, especially during the first few years of life. In those years, a child learns to trust, to pursue curiosity, and to interact with people.

Green Baby is a NEW, County Certified, non-smoking, large, loving home. An entire room of my home is dedicated to the babies in my care. I have an extremely low ratio of 3 babies to 1 adult.  All areas used for the babies have been specially designed with love. All children in my care receive personalized one on one attention just like at home. I guarantee you and your baby will love Green Baby Nursery!

Ages: I offer care to children as young as 3 months of age.  

Hours of operation:  7 a.m. - 6 p.m., five days a week (Monday - Friday).

Fees:  Call for fee schedule. Infant care includes: Organic formula, cereal, and baby food.

Happy Baby encourages breastfeeding. To accomodate this, moms are welcome to set up times to come in and breastfeed their baby.

Parents are only responsible for:

  • Diapers unless you decide to use my cloth diaper option*. 

  • *Cloth Diaper Option: If you would like me to use cloth diapers on your baby while in my care I charge a one time fee to cover the initial cost of the diapers (unless you have your own you would like me to use) and an additional small fee per week to offset the cost of washing and drying the diapers (again, unless you would like to wash your own). I will happily wash and dry all the diapers myself. You would be responsible for providing enough plastic diapers for transportation to and from Green Baby, unless you are using cloth yourself:)
